Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to Modora and related services. By creating an account, joining a workspace, requesting a demo, or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Use of Modora

  • Use Modora only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.
  • Keep login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
  • Ensure project, client, vendor, billing, and user information submitted to Modora is accurate and authorized.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or bypass security controls of the service.

Workspace administration

Workspace owners and administrators control user invitations, role permissions, project access, billing settings, and organizational data. Actions taken by authorized workspace users are treated as actions of that workspace.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans, taxes, invoices, billing cycles, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the plan or order terms accepted at purchase. Access to paid features may depend on payment status.

Customer content

You retain ownership of content submitted to Modora. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, back up, and support that content for operating the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Modora reliable, but the service may change, pause, or experience interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure issues, or events outside our control. We may update features, policies, and these terms as the product evolves.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modora is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a signed agreement. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
